Org nutritionists! I just can't stop eating! HELP!

I don't know what's going on but I have been scarfing down lots of food the past few days and when I'm done, a little while later, I'm hungry again.

My stomach is never growling but I just want to eat and eat and eat.

What gives?

Are you stressed out? Bored? Maybe that's why you want to eat all the time lol

I've been the opposite for the last couple of days. I've haven't really been hungry. I hope I'm not getting sick or something eek

My guess would be that ure not eating slow release foods and the things ure eating are breaking down and shooting into ure bloodstream too fast, so that ure never really get that full feeling

Have you been sleeping less than 7 or 8 hours a night?

Appetite is significantly increased if you're deprived of adequate sleep for a couple of weeks.

Foods that are not over processed and take longer to digest. Noodles, pasta and white breads are over processed. Oh forgot to mention pizza.

Okay, slow release foods are thing like multigrain bread, most museli's, raw carrots and most veg except braod beans and potato

Most fruits are fine but atch the more tropical fruits and watermelon is a definant nono.

Pasta, but not cooked for more than 5 mins otherwise it breaks down too fast. Basmati rice
Try to stay away from processed foods as they break down in the body way too quickly and even if they say low fat they are full of things like sugar and salt

am I helping ? lol Oh and dark chocolate is actually good for u!!! Also, natural yogurt is good, hommus and tziki dips, and if ure going to eat bread either have mountain flatbread or multigrain,...dont fall for wholemeal ,its a trap lol

Yes, as long as its lean meat and chicken. Tuna is really good, I like those little low fat tins with flavoring like chilli and lime.
U can also have egg, or thinly sliced turkey, but dont have more than say one or two serves of protein a day

No shit? I didn't know this.

yup.

Folks with sleep apnea are fucked because not only do they spend their days tired as hell, they're always hungry.

Milty, you may also want to increase the amount of what RAW foods (veggies, fruits, nuts, etc.) as all of those are slow release foods and not processed. Slow Release foods control your insulin levels which control your appetite, whereas processed foods increase your insulin levels significantly which increases your body's ability to store fat, as well as increasing appetite--AND causing you to crash after a heavy meal.

Actually pizza is okay if u use fresh ingredients and instead of pizza dough use pita bread or mountain bread as a base and low fat cheese

FUUUUUC

Significantly increase your excercise time EVERY day, eat natural , non processed foods, and in a month you'll be sleeping like a baby and feeling totally different. And much less hungry. It. always. works.

I had to figure out why I was getting so fat, and how to reverse it in a healthy manner. lol

So far 35 pounds down and I feel much better than I did just 2 months ago.
I mean, like I'm 10 years younger.

This is true.

You can eat cooked veggies and still maintain a healthy weight, etc. etc.

The only difference is that RAW fruits/veggies still have 100% of the enzymes, and phytochemicals, which are all boiled or cooked away in the cooking process. Also 100% of the vitamins, a percentage of which are cooked away in the cooking process. Also, Raw fruits/veggies are far more easily absorbed into the body from a vitamin/mineral standpoint. The only exception is the chemical in tomatoes (I forget the name) which is more easily absorbed after cooking--but the cooking process is still more harmful than not.
Albiet, ANY fruit/veggie regardless of preparation is infinitely better than a donut or bread. lol
