Thanks to all and I have applied Steves advice to matters and mellowed out a good bit.... well at least until,

I called the office to my new residence tying to get the final numbers for tomorrows move in to which she announces, "you aren't moving in to the 16th" i assure her I am moving in in the morning per agreement between myself and the manager and that she must have forgotton to tell her about it. She says she'll call and check on it but the tone she took indicated one thing, the joints not ready.



I have all the services going off here and on there and YOU MUST BE FUCKING KIDDING ME.....


I remain calm. well, until she calls back to inform me I won't be moving in until the 16th as they simply are not ready. I raise my voice just a panicked hair and tell her the movers are set and everything is in motion and we need to come to some compromise as i have a funeral and rosary to attend etc... She calmly informs me I failed to get that in writing so tough cookies. Long story but suffice it to say,

I then unleashed a litany that would have woke up the dead and certainly baffled the OC. She continued to repeat her chorus of you don't have it in writing.

End result I am moving in tomorrow at 9am.

I'm calm again.

Something tells me that the coffee maker is already unpacked and running.

well, for the next 2 days I am straddling 2 residences. So, the coffee maker has not been packed... it stands alone in a barren kitchen ready for duty.
