Is there a link between them and colon cancer?



My brother-in-law's mom is having like 4 of them removed.
Apparently they happen to her all the time.

Supposedly benign, I heard that they may be an indication of problems with your colon?

She DOES eat a terrible diet. I mean TERRIBLE. And she's overweight though I don't think she's in the obese range.


A normal meal for her is hotdogs, chips, and maybe a pickle.

Is this one of those things that looks kind of like a cross between a mole and a booger?


I have one of those under my left arm, up by the pit. Sometimes it gets snagged on stuff and feels all irritated for a week or so. I've torn it off once or twice too.

My mother has tons of them and I have a couple, as well as lots of moles. I figured they were genetic. I have a quite fabulous diet.

I've never heard of a correlation, but now I'm all scared. Thanks.

I'm trying to get my brother-in-law to get her to improve her health. I mean, she flew to England last summer and spent most of the time sick or sleeping.

There seems to be a very loose correlation between skin tags and colon 'polyps'.


But in other sources I'm looking up it says that 'past' literature linking the two have not been proven by recent studies.

i had one once and a doctor just froze the shit off and it never came back. the whole procedure took probably 15 seconds and was covered by my insurance.

oh wait, maybe that was a wart? i don't know what it was. it was gross. if i talk about this topic any more, i'm going to start feeling like roseanne rosannadanna. this is enough.

blah, i have some on me neck. i'm actually going to get them removed..i hate them!, i have to be constantly hiding them, people just stare..lol, i eat only veggies and no meat products, so i don't get why i have them.
