I drink two tablespoons of applecider vinegar and eat raw garlic, a trick I learned from old healthy folks.

No offense, but don't you stink all day long from the garlic? Raw garlic is nasty and smells like shit!

lol actually no... I brush my teeth after. I lapsed on the regime lately and my skin is paying the price. Eating raw garlic, forces you to drink lots of water, which made my skin look better, too.

you gotta eat alot of garlic to make your shit smell like that lol

I'm not talking your shit smelling like garlic, I'm talking your whole body! When people eat just a little bit of garlic it stays on their breath for a very long time. You also sweat it out. My friend ate 2 cloves on a pizza and I had to roll the windows down in the car because she smelled so bad!

My poop usually smells like booze. I'm not even exaggerating confused

I'm not talking about my shit either lol

If you eat one clove daily you should be OK. Its too spicy anyways, to eat more than that for me. Oh, and they have those garlic tablets that claim that you don't smell like garlic, but I found those to make me reek of the stench. I have kids, and you knows kids will tell you if you stink.

Now garlic tea will have you smelling, and if you eat garlic and don't brush your teeth right after, ... YUCK! as soon as you say hi, the entire room will smell. Its like the stench will rise outta your nostrils. EEWWWW!! LOL!

But I also drink tons of water, with the garlic... it gives me heartburn if I don't.
and for some reason.... the vinegar helps too. Don't know why, but I won't do the garlic thing without the vinegar.

Oh and your poop smelling like liquor.... that's a new one one me lol

Love the avie BTW!

cool

Maybe I'll give it a whirl. That whole parasitic thing creeps me the fuck out. I'd rather stink than have bugs in my poo. Although those bugs are probably drunk and not doing much in there.

Sox!

colon cleansing is a scam just like magic strength potions in old carnivals. Just call up as many doctors that specialize in gastrointestinal health as you want... and ask them.

U don't think it will do the body any good? I'd don't really believe in them. Humans have survived 1,000's of years without them. But is seems 2 have some merit.

The colon is completely a pink shiny, self cleansing organ, nothing stays in it. The people trying to profit off of cleansing diets/techniques are making up stuff, I urge you to ask any professional gastrointestinal specialist.

It's hilarious that they claim that the weird stuff being shat out is cleansing when it is the diet itself that is causing weird stuff which the always self cleaning colon jettisons.

Seriously, cleansing diets and routines are mostly all bunk. People need them for psychological reasons. Just like old days with miracle cure scams, witch doctors, etc...

I know personally, I have had critical digestive problems (years ago) and have been hospitalized in the past through the ER. SO I know all about the intestines, stomach, diet, what my own intestinal walls look like, etc. My problems were part of an overactive self attacking immune system.
