How much chocolate is TOO much? How many grams of milk chocolate is too much to scarf down in a day?
Even though I'm a guy, I have a girl-like weakness for Cadbury Dairy Milk and Belgian milk chocolate. I sometimes eat 150 grams in a single day! Is this gluttony? What about the cholesterol factor...not too sure if it's really high in choccie. I'm not fat, by the way, but then, I do run a lot. So, how much chocolate do you Orgers eat in one day? And how many days a week? Chillichocoholic, I see you're online, hip me up with an answer, girl!! I AM A GUY, YO G's.

Here's ure answer.... 
I've been eating chocolate EVERYDAY since I was 14, even when Im sick  and I am now 38
These days I eat between 50g to a family block a day, depending on how I feel Im not fat either nor do I have high cholesterol....and I dont run  although maybe I should 
and chocolate is good for ure endorphines.( MAkes u feel happier)..as well as being high in antioxidants....the darker the chocolate the less fat and sugar, the beter for u Chocolate can also be benificial to the skin when applied topically chocoalte can also lower high blood pressure and reduce the bloods ability to clot How's that Purple ?
