NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 
I just discovered a big ass cavity in my mouth.  I thought I was done with these things when I was in elementry school. I brush regularly, so what the heck is going on in my mouth to where i'm getting cavities. It started out as a little spot, I mean you could barely see it a couple of weeks ago. I just got finished eating a kiwi  anyway I was checking my teeth for seeds....I open my mouth and looked at the tooth where that little spot was and it's a BIG spot now. The last tim I got a filling I was in elementry school, I have four {count them....4} of them bad boys. I don't need another one! surviving on the thought of loving you, it's just like the water

Sorry to hear that boo-boo, and I hate to tell ya this but genetics has a lot to do with it. You can do everything right and still get cavities. Or go to the dentist sometimes once a year, or every other year like I have in the past, and not ever have a cavity.  | |

My sister is a dental hygienist and she's always going on about how lucky we are to have "good" teeth cuz of all the madness she looks at all day despite some of her patients doing the right things.
