for me, it depends on the time of year. summer is good for everyday action because you're feeling a little more limber and you're usually near to naked anyway, and all that sunlight only helps the brain wanna make the body more playful. during winter, it's time to slow down a bit. results may vary on a day to day basis (and they often do), but winter is just not a sexy time of year for me.

i think the ideal would be at least every other day ehy not even twice on some days

At the beginning stages of a relationship
I usually like to have sex 4-5 times a night.

Later it winds down to twice a night and once in the morning.

I don't know how much that makes it a week.
I suck at math as my mind is constantly in the gutter.

I'd say 2 or 3 times a day if I'm living with the person. Once a day would be fine though.

Though to be perfectly honest, if I've had sex, I don't usually feel the need or desire for it for a few days. I like having it anyway, but it curtails my drive for a little bit if I've gotten some.
