(okay I just saw the other thread about Jan Crouch so apparantly Aaron's avatar *is* her. Here is my Jan Crouch story - years & years ago my friend and I used to watch her on TBN because she and her family cracked us up, and so one day, unbeknownst to him, I wrote to them - in his name - to join him up with their 'Prayer Network Club' or whatever they called it back then. The club requested a donation when joining, so I taped a penny to the letter as 'his' donation, and one day my friend called me up all confused saying he'd gotten a letter from Paul and Jan welcoming him to their Club, along with a certificate to hang up stating he was an official member. He couldn't figure out why he was getting this stuff sent to him. He got a newsletter every month from them after that. )

Paul and Jan's grandson used to come on the show sometimes and I was always amazed that anybody could (or would) use so much mousse on 5 year old's hair! ew
