A four-hour class? If you miss that, you will miss a lot of material - material that will be very hard to pick up later. Think about trying to take your exam with that information gap. Even if you can get someone else's notes, you're going to lose a lot of context. (And no two people take notes the same way - what if they miss something? You're SOL.)
As someone who pissed away five years of college while her parents were footing the bill, then had to return for three years on her own dime (part-time, while working a full- and a part-time job), let me give it to you straight: Go to class.
