I just baked some bread! Funny thing, once you know how yeast works, and how dough should feel, you can really make any bready baked things
I don't have as much luck when it comes to egg-white things like meringue or flourless cakes

Warm bread. OMG - there's nothing better than freshly baked bread. That smell, that taste. And I don't even have a sense of smell, usually. I'm coming round for some in a bit, Charlotte!

Awwwww. Then the kids will gobble it up. Your photos, by the way lady, are getting better and better and better. Simply gorgeous! I've seen them here and there - you have a *real* talent. I'm in awe sometimes - seriously. Anyone who can capture things the way you do must have a beautiful spirit. And I mean that.

At least it won't be like yesterday - I was too lazy to make breakfast and had a Cadburys Starbar.
