I just baked some bread!

Funny thing, once you know how yeast works, and how dough should feel, you can really make any bready baked things lol

I don't have as much luck when it comes to egg-white things like meringue or flourless cakes mad

since im still not working honey, it is expected.

I do not have a camera, but I had some of those at Jessica's yesterday, with some nice easter bread. And eggs. And bacon. And croissants. And tea. And orange juice. And coffee. And lots of love.

And I got serenaded online by a very cute guy. And now I am all mushy

none required really, just get about 6 really big potatoes, slice them up really thinly, arrange them in an oven dish pour some veg stock over (about a cup or 2) it and bake in 180°C oven for 30mins to an hour (just keep checking - when potatoes are soft it's ready), You can sprinke some grated parmesan over it if you like, press some garlic over it, season to taste with salt and pepper.
