Not really. Definition in the abs = ICK SmooVe tummy = NIIICE If you want that, all you have to do is run. Daily. At least an hour, and as that becomes easier you tack on time or pick it up. You'll see a difference in a week or two. Crunches and ab machines don't do anything but make it possible for you to crack nuts with your abs. Also, ignore the scale and look in the mirror or measure yourself. Anyway, The Firm and all the BS systems, workout centers, new machines, and diets are pure nonsense. Eat normal types and amounts of food and change the way you prepare things(that shouldn't be that much of an issue). Don't do any of that anti-carb or anti-FOOD nonsense, and RUN. Lift a couple times a week and as much as I hate to say it, do yoga. You'll look good and all that mess, but you'll also see all these other changes that are far more important. Oh, and wtf do women give a damn about abs. You can't **** abs. maybe some women DO like to crack nuts with their abs ABS done right can be pretty sexy. nipsy | |
