Okay, I may be late on this one.
But the other day I finally got to try this great curry you can buy in the refrigerated section.

I could never get it cause it always seemed when I would notice it, there would only be one left and it would be about to expire.
But finally I got a coconut curry one and its sooooo good!!
Next time I will buy like 3 containers of it, or Im even thinking about having a case delivered.
I can eat curry all day every day.

I've never had it. I'll have to find it and give it a try!

I thought Maya Kaimal was going to be a hot chick.

It says on the directions it can be used as a base or just like it is.
I know you dont eat meat. But I added chicken thighs and what was left from a can of coconut milk I used in my basmati rice. And some brown sugar and some chili powder to make it a bit more spicier.
Next time Ill get some chili oil to make it even more spicy, cause I like it like that. But its came out excellent!
Any other attempt Ive had at making curry myself its came out really awful to say the least.
