Although I left the Roman Catholic Church over 10 years ago, to this day, I'll often eat fish on Fridays, especially during Lent.

(For those who aren't familiar with the Catholic dietary rules, you're not supposed to eat "meat" on Fridays during Lent, but seafood isn't considered meat for this purpose. I guess it would be technically okay to eat an expensive lobster dinner, but that sorta violates the spirit of the whole thing.)
