become lightheaded during sex???

I was talking to a "friend" today and he mentioned feeling really weak and lightheaded during sex, especially if called on to perform more than once ( ) He asked me if it was normal and I said it's probably just from the blood rushing to his willy. He said, naw it feels different, more intense. Since I'm not a dude, I have no idea if this is the norm or not. However, I have had other guy "friends" say the same thing. I mean, I know my shit is good but, is this common?
