Why are there so many easter threads today?

confuse

Also, I don't know about you but this has been a weird day for me so I just want to rant a bit....

Things to rant about:

1) Rhetorical questions
2) Having to state the obvious when someone asks a stupid question.
3) Wasting your time reading and/or responding to stupid rhetorical or tongue-in-cheek questions.
4) Witnessing some idiot attempt cheeky irony and wasting your time contemplating whether items 1 through 3 apply.

I would imagine the kind of specialized, impossible-to-find merchandise stores that you shop at, would not adhere to Easter or any other Judea-Christian holidays though. confuse

When I'm with my family, Easter is one of my favorite holidays but I'm not with my family right now so it kinda sucks.

I wanted to go to the gym today because I actually have time but it's closed. Everything is closed except for wal-mart and i don't need to go there.

pout

I'm also bummed out about some stupid foolishness that I shouldn't be bummed out about.

pout

batting eyes

Cool, I will look forward to that!

So the ranting confused

I am annoyed because since I broke up with my boyfriend he has ended up with all of our friends, and none of them have been in touch with me, except for my two closest friends, who swore they weren't going out with my ex boyfriend and our crew tonight, but are now having a party for the group. I feel left out. sigh brick

I need new friends nod

I did make it out for a lovely lunch. There's a new-ish cafe/coffeeshop that makes all their food with locally grown stuff, all the way down to baking their own breads and such. I had a roasted mushroom sandwich on honey wheat bread with sprouts and arugula and some kind of yummy yummy sauce stuff.

that's the world though isn't it. You just have to learn by experience and suss the the few rotten eggs. Meself I like a laugh and a giggle and try not to take things too seriously. If anyone offends, I think I'm not likely to meet you so blow it out. Others here are very genuine and lovely people.

Okay, here's a rant:

oh forget it...it's too painful to even talk about.

So here's a less painful rant:

So I wanted some Hamburger Helper because I haven't had any in years. So I go to the store and buy it, come home and make it, eat it, enjoy it and.....now my stomach hurts like hell. WTF?!? Can't I just enjoy some instant crappy food without my stomach getting pissed off? Now I have all this leftover Hamburger Helper and I don't want to throw it away but I can't eat it either. pout

less painful rant edit.

You could have saved a lot of time and effort by simply disappearing up your own asshole!

Now there's a trick that would make a mere resurrection seem pointless.

I still stand by what I've said, Imago.

Oh by the way, that cake I asked you to make; would it be alright if you didn't use organic flour? I just love the chemicals in the supermarket stuff.

Thanks, and happy easter!
