i'm writing an essay.
and it's really not as engaging as i thought it would be

-however- one of the artists i'm writing about really had me going with some of her photography... my room mate was downstairs here talking to me about random stuff and i just really got excited and started firing off my mouth to her about an artist she had no clue of
i just felt so passionate about this ONE picture.. i couldn't contain it - needless to say i got an expression of followed by a

To me; art, music, vocalists (people like Sam Cooke, Prince, Maria Callas), graphic novels, books, writers, architecture, nature, emotions/people/animals/friends/lovers.

These are ALL things that at one time moved me to tears. All these things have moved me beyond my own borders and expanded my universe.

And silly, as I drifted towards the saem things you all mentioned in your posts, I last, but not least, had to mention emotions/friends/aninals/people/lovers, as these also expanded my universe in ways I never thought possible.

Reading is a salvation for me. If I couldn't read, I'd probably go nuts. I find it relaxing and I love to learn about different cultures and other people's lives. I read about 50 books a year and I wish I had even more time for it.
