i mean lemme put it in context-theres a waitress in the cafe always smiles etc-but shit is she just being friendly as thats her job..or is there some karmic chi love thang happening?

anyway.....how would you like to be approached?

Yea, been hit on... there's no definite "way" to be approached, & it's kinda hard to know if she's diggin' you since smiling & being nice is part of the job If you're gonna ask her out just be personable, smile a bit & look good that day If you wanna put it on a more "common ground" type stance just ask her what she likes to do when she's not working, invite her out for something similar & get the #. Or keep it simple & suggest grabbing coffee one day, & follow up on a subsequent visit to the cafe.

Keep in mind I have no fucking idea what I'm talking about I'm just stating the stuff that would make me comfortable. & if it's a cafe you love (i.e. you have every intention of frequenting it no matter how it turns out w/ her) you might wanna chat her up w/ some SLIGHT flirtiness (not smarmy!) to see where she's @ w/ it. I think there's less weirdness (in case of rejection) when things have been hinted at, vs. just put on the table... I think... depends on the person...

Gawd, the more I think about it the more I think you should avoid my advice completely
