about anything? everything?

a friend of mine recently had a gastric bypass surgery, and right now, i think he looks horrible. his head is too big and his skin is loose. so when he asked me how do i think he looks now (290 lbs down to 185 lbs) i told him i thought he looked pretty good. so basically i lied.

i'm a shameless liar, so to answer your question: no. i always tell the truth.

it was just probably something really minor like, "yeah that color looks ok on you" when i was really thinking " ...."

When my sister-in-law gave birth, I went to the hospital to see her and she had blood shot eyes, her skin was all red and blotchy, and she had all these IV's sticking out of her, she looked dead. But I said she looked beautiful.

i bet he knows his skin is too loose! he lives in it, after all.


i got annoyed catching someone out saying he was 2" taller than what he was and
said he didn't drink when clearly he does... but i can't pretend i don't lie so

I do leave out info or refrain from divulging info, if thats lieing, then yes.
Otherwise Im a terrible liar, so I don't even bother trying it.

It's pretty rare that I lie. I can't think of a recent time I have, not to say I never have at all... In a situation like that, I'd find something to compliment that I could say genuinely and mean it. That's not lying to me at all. That's being polite and tactful.

I don't lie. I tell little fiblets, along the lines of "yes, that sweater is nice." or "your hair is cute." but I don't tell bold face lies. I'd like to say that it's because I'm so ethical but the truth is, I'm a horrible liar. You can see it all over my face.

I'm terrible, even with fiblets. If I don't think those pants look good on my mum I start to sweat, cause I know she is gonna ask and I won't be able to say it
