Does anyone know a good brand of diet pills containing ephedra?

It's no longer legal in the US.


Joe Wiedler brand used to sell them. Perhaps still overseas?




Ephedra was very effective when I used it in the past. It just tended to make me anxious - I couldn't sit still.

I don't. I'm scared of those .

However I am fond of Hoodia, though

I have used ephedra on and off for the last 9-10 years. The key is to follow instructions. You need to eat, drink lots of water, etc. Don't go exercise crazy. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Yes it was banned, but I have my own opinion on that. The way I look at it is if you use it properly which I have, you shouldn't have any problems with it. It has always helped me lose a few pounds when I needed a little extra help. Yes, there were people who died from it, but they abused the dosage, didn't eat, didn't drink and exercised under wrong conditions, etc., or had a history of heart problems. My opinion on the ban is that it is all money related, etc. We all know that cigarettes kill (millions at that) but it is still legal.

Ephedra is in relation to ephedrine or a derivative. I can tell you my heart was racing like I was doing massive amounts of cardio while sitting in a chair... Dr. had immediate concern and asked what the hell I was taking. I responded that only sinus medicine was in my system. He banked my bottle off the trash can and warned me to avoid all products containing Ephedra/Ephedrine from then on. ( It's labeled as Pseudoephedrine)

Yep. Alot of fitness junkies will buy these sinus medicines with Pseudoephedrine and mix it with other household products to mimic the ephedra based diet pills. Now, if you buy those ephedra based sinus products you have to give the pharmacist your driver's license. The major reason is because people are using these sinus medications to make meth. Careful what you put in your body.

I used to take Adipex, which is given to you by a doctor.
