YOu have a handsome face. It's actually very masculine, yet you have pretty androgynous yes. Very pretty eyes. The problem is that your face isn't framed, mostly cause you're eyebrows are not prominent. It looks like you might be red-haired? 
Because of this, facial hair actually would assist in framing the face. The point of the framing is to draw the eye of an onlooker towards the obvious focal points of our face---namely, your very nice eyes, and full lips. God what I would give to find my bass resting on that chin, goatee or no goatee.

Notice how the face appears more rounded. You do focus on the eyes cause I have strong brows, but when you frame the face with a beard or goatee..... 
Notice how the beard totally enhances the face and makes brings out the eyes. ok, so I photochopped the beard (the entire lower jaw region) on to my face.... Im Asian--I can't grow a beard  . I'd like to thank the white guy whose jaw-line I used.  | |

But the issue with being bald is that unles you have very strong brows or something that "frames" the face, you need to get a beard. Either that or wear baseball caps all the time.
The point is to make the eyes focus on your strong features--in this case your eyes and your lips. So I mean this as seriously as I can...(why do I even bother ), a beard works for you, very well. Trust me dude--I love you ken, but I have sooooo much better taste than you do--and I'm telling you , that you look fucking porntastic with facial hair.
