i watch very little commercial television as i think most of it is a waste of time..but i'd have to say
"neighbours" and "home and away" both Australian shows popular in the UK..or so i believe and what about.."little house on the prarie" ( no idea how to spell that)  | |

I really got sick of the Bob Newhart Show after a while... and then came Newhart. Bah! The man was kind of cool and mellow but the show was a total snoozefest  I mean, like, where is the sun? | |

i was playing in a band once and when i showed up for rehearsel the drummer wanted to show me the "cool song" he'd worked out on guitar, and preceded to play the friends theme..i quit the band | |

Friends <---I hate this show with a furious passion! It should've died years ago, instead they gave it the ultimate time slot of following THE GREAT SEINFELD! Or was it before Seinfeld? Who cares. GET IT OUT!

The Jeffersons and All in the Family have some credibility, but I just can't get past the bigotry, even if it was meant to provoke thought, etc. Hearing Archie's diatribes make me ill, and George's incessant insults of white people equally make me ill. I know that there was a point to it, but I simply can't enjoy it because of that.  | |
