how concerned would you be if life on earth ended 70 years from now?

most of us will be dead and gone anyway...but would it change your life knowing that your grandchildren or great-grandchildren would perish? anything you would do differently?

sad

I would be very sad for any grandchildren to come, on one hand I would think I want my guys to experience fatherhood, but their children would live on this earth only until their childbearing years, not long enough.

i wouldn't have kids, i'd get sterilized. it'd be incredibly selfish to have children just to put them through that.

Not to sound too literal, but my grand children and great-grand children would "perish" anyway, wouldn't they? lol...

That'd be it for kids for me.

Which is kind sad but I wouldn't want them or their kids to die that way.

I would be sad for all the beauty in this world...but ultimately I really don't think I'd care much.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Not worried. whatever comes, comes. Just live and make the most of it while you can. Living in worry, in fear, is just missing out on the happy times.

iwas thinking about that movie "deep impact"..where they told everybody that in ONE YEAR, an asteroid was gonna hit the earth, they were gonna put a bunch of different kinds of people in cave (scientists, teachers, artists etc)..but nobody over like 50 could go. i mean damn, what if i'm 49?
but anywhoo...i always wondered why in the hell people waited until the day the damn asteroid came to try and evacuate from virginia beach? WTF? mad
if the earth is 3/4 watetr, i'm gonna take my chances in montana or idaho, or even canada..my ass won't be anywhere near an ocean. dumb asses disbelief

I would feel comforted in that my family has proclaimed Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, and we are prepared for God's will.

I'm totally there with you on that. I expect it much sooner than 70 years from now anyway.

All you can do is get right with God and ride this thing as far as it will take you.
