ok, i've hit a wall of confusion...

if you dont have sex for so long you have literally FORGOTTEN what it felt like does the value of sex go to someplace different than it was prior to being without??


so, its been well over a year without but, somehow i have set myself to some strange new thoughts, and i REALLY dont know how this shit happened. i cannot bring myself to have casual sex... its been offered, and i keep turning it down. but, the crazy part is, i really want to have sex RIGHT NOW even still, i cant do it

so, does going without fuck up the ability to do it???

should i wait for who knows what??? or just jump in and do it anyway???

Don't jump in. Clearly your body/hormones are telling you to look for a long-term partner right now.

i should also mention that a few weeks ago there was a guy that was trying to get some 'happy time' with me... he got too close - i felt like he was invading my personal space...

I would wait until it truly feels right. After my engagement broke up, I actually went without for 3 years.
I, too, had chances, but I didn't feel right about the situations.

When I finally did again, I didn't think it mattered to him that it had been so long, until he jokingly commented that it felt like he was with a "virgin". Whatever...

But trust me, U don't "forget" anything once U start again...
