nod Amen! If I feel like I have to start listening in on the convos or wanting to check in his wallet or cell phone records, it is time to move on. I am not a snoop, I respect the privacy of my lover, and he will treat me the same way, otherwise, time to move on.

Why is "he" busted. Does it not work on women?
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

Interesting stats on infidelity. Thanks to the internet, there's more options:

http://www.truthaboutdece...stics.html

"It is estimated that roughly 30 to 60% of all married individuals (in the United States) will engage in infidelity at some point during their marriage (see, Buss and Shackelford for review of this research). And these numbers are probably on the conservative side, when you consider that close to half of all marriages end in divorce (people are more likely to stray as relationships fall apart; also see, who is likely to cheat).
Research consistently shows that 2 to 3% of all children are the product of infidelity (see, Anderson). And most of these children are unknowingly raised by men who are not their biological fathers. DNA testing is finally making it easy for people to check the paternity of their children (see, paternity issues). "
"Biological evidence (i.e., research on biology and reproduction) indicates that long-term monogamy is difficult for humans to achieve - NOT impossible, but difficult (see, Barash and Lipton or the myth of monogamy - Salon.com)."

Penn and Teller had a really good segment about 'True Love' on their show "Bullshit!" I don't always agree with their slant on things — Penn's a rabid Libertarian — but the Love segment was really good. Monogamy ISN'T a normal, biological urge, and yeah, maybe love doesn't last forever...but when you're in it, it feels fucking great.

if i have to find out that someone is violating my trust by turning around and violating their trust, then there's really not a whole lot of integrity going on, is there? there's enough big brother BS that goes on at work and in public places, i'm not going to bring that kind of paranoia into my home. confused

Actually, that is wrong.

If someone is using his computer to participate in something like a child porn ring...I don't think he has any right to privacy.

Whether or not monogamy is a normal, biological urge, making a committment to monogamy and then breaking that commitment is utterly dishonorable. Don't make a commitment you can't keep. And tell your partner before you plan to break it.
That's all.

All that said, it still doesn't condone hooking some crazy thing up to your computer to spy on anyone.
