I am in pain, but it is not overwhelming. It is just letting me know that my ENTIRE body is covered and when the fat begins burning off I think I will achieve 18 minutes in about a month...I hope!!

And it hurrrrrts sooooo goooood!!!!

wow...im in the gym almost daily not to mention running and stuff at home....and i dont think i could do it in an hour lol

but now im gonna try it...ill report back...might need a big strong man to come train me though wink

I can't access youtube right now, but do a search for "Floor Wipers" and "Box Jumps" and you will see some videos on the subject. Personally, I would do the workouts three times a week, with a day off between the workouts. This workout is a full body workout and your body needs time to rest. The rest days are just as important as your workout days.

I want to try that. I would have to lessen the weight and do something in place of the pull-ups.
I can can do the clean and presses at 24 pounds as of right now.
