This....Is....SPARTA!!!!

Damn am I giving madd props to those guys who went through that "300 Workout"!! I started just yesterday and IT IS A BEAST!!!

It is only supposed to take 18 minutes NON-STOP.....well my first day only took an hour!! And I was dead tired!!!

Going back for more tonight!!! Damn I feel muscles I haven't felt since College!!!

I've been working out regularly for about 2 months now. I'm gaining weight though.
My cousin and I decided to do an exercise that we really don't do. It's the inner thigh thingamajiggy. Well, I have not been able to walk correctly for the past 2 days. I also haven't been able to drive, sit, stand.....you get the picture.

Oh...I am doing it...if my joints hold up...LOL

I can feel every part of my body right now due to the soreness. I can see where this workout will transform my body very quickly! IT IS HARD AS HELL!!!

A bit of information, not all of the 300 cast completed the 300 workout. I definitely want to try to do the workout. This is how a workout should be: intense!

I would definintely love to see your before pictures and your after batting eyes.....also your inbetween pictures. Plus any other pictures you can dig up! nod

I'm building up to the full on 300 workout.....I've made it thru the 150 workout (all half totals of the 300, hence 150....half a spartan!!) Started doing it in Iraq, but my box jumps weren't coming along like I wanted (my ups have deteriorated as I've aged... lol )

still, not bad for an older dude.....continued good luck with the 300, Dex....thumbs up!
