You must get great cuts of lamb....
The middle eastern store, where we buy ours, now has to import it from New Zealand.

There's alot of great cooks here! Even the Vegans. Look at Imago. (Although I'd toss a slab of beef on his burrito/avocado recipe).
Even those who don't usually cook, venture out, and post a great recipe they've tried.
Food topics come up, off and on.
Since this is an international community , there are new and fresh ideas on ethnic food. biggrin
I like food topics bestest of all.
