I just spoke to my mom and my uncle, it was his wife Sue that passed away from cancer yesterday morning. Thankfully my uncle had her released from the hospital and she was home in her own bed. He was by her side along with one of her sisters, my mom and my other aunt, oh and my mom's dog Megan that was there by her side as well the moment she passed. I am 5000 miles away from them at the moment so I am struggling a bit. I asked my uncle if he wanted me to get on a plane and he said he had plenty of support right now but he appreciated the gesture and thought. Much peace, love and support to my family right now. I am with you all in spirit. Val, i am sorry I am so lame and didn't respond earlier - too caught up in my own insignificant shit to be aware. No I was told that I need to stay put for now. We are planning on going back to the states later this year for a proper visit. Everyone understands and knows that I am thinking of them. It is tough but I am just thankful that she is no longer suffering.

She's slowly suffocating to death, we don't know how long it'll take but it's bad. I'll have time to come to terms with it though, as far as its possible. She's in a better place now, free of pain and worries.
Luckily I won't have immigration issues. After we return in April we will be married and I will be entering back into the country so my travelers visa will start over. 
I should be ok. I am sure they have much more threatening ppl coming into this country than me. Now that explains why I came here instead of him going to the states...they did not want his kind there. 
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. That must really be tough for you. Like I said.... much love and support to you | |
