Stressed up to the eyeballs

Does anyone out there have any words of wisdom for an extremely stressed person.
I am in the middle of sorting a partial company takeover and am stressed to the max.
I need some entertainment.
Anyone out there to help?

Mdiver,

Do you work out? I jog 5km about 5 times per week. I find that this clears my head and it's for me, very much like "running away" without actually running away. If this doesn't work, I tell myself over and over (my mantra) "This too will pass..." They always do.

Last, breathing exercises.
Breath in through your nose for a count of 2 (slowly... 1 one one thousand, two one thousand, three, one thousand, four one tousand. 2 one one thousand... and so on), and breath out slowly for a count of 4 in the same manner. The trick, breath only by expanding your stomach and not your chest as you in/exhale. It feels weird at first but it's another great way to relax.

I wish you all the best.

Stress? What's that? Oh wait, is that when your shoulders become your ears, your hair either falls out or turns white, and you growl at everyone that comes within ten feet of you? Us women just tend to call it PMS...

Well item 2 is out coz if you liked football you would have picked up the debate.
Haven't we already touched on item 1 too?

What about this personal statement to start a debate---
"In the UK we have dealt with terrorism on a daily basis for many years and it seems a little hypocritical that the US gets so stressed up about terrorism now when only a few years ago Sien Fein was openly collecting for the IRA in the US. During that time the UK and the USA we not so "shoulder to shoulder" on the terrorism issue"
Discuss
lol

Can't debate that as I don't know enough to debate this issue. Though I feel for anyone who has had to live their life under the shadow of terrorism.
