So, my recent "thing" has been to really work on personalizing my iGoogle page with lots of cool, fun stuff! I actually have a handful of tabs that I use to really help me simplify my web life.

I have the following tabs:

News - I have a whole bunch of news feeds so I can see what's going on in the world with one click of my mouse! Yay!

Movies - I have a gadget that lists all of the movies playing in my area, which is really helpful when I'm looking for showtimes. I don't even need to search for a movie because it's right there. I also have a RottenTomatoes gadget that shows ratings for all the current movies in theaters. It's really helpful to quickly judge whether or not to see a movie. I also have a gadget that has video trailers right on my screen! All of the current movies are there and I just click play and it plays right on my iGoogle screen! I also have Netflix queue information on my Movies tab.

Entertainment - I'm still working on this tab. Right now I have the youtube gadget which is really helpful. I also have a gadget that displays optical illusions. I need to add some other stuff. Maybe entertainment news or something? Not sure.

Cats - a tab with nothing but funny cat pictures from different sites. Some of the gadgets post a random image after each reload, some just have the most current image on the respective site. I like this tab because I like cats. It's a Tabby Tab. (get it? Because there are "tabby" cats. Please ornote me if you need further explanation).

Photo - right now all I have are Photobucket and Picasa gadgets. Maybe there's a KodakGallery.com gadget or a snapfish or something. I'll have to look into it and report back.

I also have my "Home" tab which has gmail right on it, a news feed or to, a prince.org gadget, a google maps link (that already has my home address - i just type in my destination address), weather, etc. Just stuff that I use the most often and that I want quick access to.



So, what types of gadgets do YOU use on iGoogle? Do you have any recommendations!?!?
