nicknames anyone? as a kid i always wanted a nickname...never got one. did any of u have a nickname growing up...either from friends or from family? any embarassing ones u wanna share or bitch about? it's good therapy!!
i think i may have just aquired a nickname last weekend though...let me try it on for size...SaSSy...i kinda like it!!! what do u think?

Somehow about 3 years ago my friends started calling me Mama Goth. And as much as I fought it, it stuck. It basically came about cause a friend was already calling me Mama from time to time as a joke and then I found myself telling a story about how I did this speech in 8th grade about vampires, and well, there you have it. As a kid, my father nicknamed me Stuff after the jazz band of the same name. In my late teens, early 20s my friends and co-workers nicknamed me Controversy because of the personalized plates on my car bearing the same name which also happens 2 be my screen name - Cntrvrsy. | |

I have one gyrlfreind who calls me all kinds of cute things, but nothing has ever really stuck as far as a nickname goes. She calls me Nana, Shoshanna, Nanee... whatever strikes her at the moment None of my other freinds have nicknames for me.
