DexMSR said: While it is not MINE....why do folks get irritated when people usa ALL CAPS on the computer??
WHAT THE HELL??? According to an IBM study, all caps is harder to read and comprehend than regular typing. Internet etiquette, or "netiquette", brands all-caps typing as "SHOUTING". The worst Yahoo trolls always typed their subject lines - and sometimes their entire posts - all-caps. It looks uneducated to me.

You used a mixture for effect, and it worked. Have you ever read a book or magazine article in all caps? There's a reason nobody does it. Even large-print books for people with vision problems aren't all in caps--because all caps are hard to read. Ok...but what about when your vision begins to wane or for the visually impaired...they don't find it offensive. I mean to make a point I will use my caps for a few words..then that is emphasizing...but all caps....that is not yelling in my opinion and I'd never take offense to it. Doesn't make sense to categorize it as offensive....but that is why some people like brown mustard and some hate it...it just comes down to preferences. I for one...do not take offense to all caps.... ok... carry on... My pet peeve....is the over-use of the ellipese...it's grammatically incorrect...and when I read it...in my mind...I hear the sound....of someone...out of breath....like that Stevie character....on "Malcolm in the...Middle".
