After doing the admin thing for over a decade and for trying to find something other than admin work for at least 1/2 that time. I finally have landed a new position. Yes I still work for the same company, but I finally get to do something else. It's a little bittersweet as my manager could have promoted me into a position my other boss wanted to create for me. But what she saw as a transtion and a new position, he simply saw it as more work for me. Honestly, I have seen at least a dozen people start after I did and get promoted from w/in. Funny, how when I gave my resignation, my boss tried to make me second guess myself. I didn't see any other offer, so I went with what was before me.

Anyhoo I am now a Learning and Development Consultant!

So these people can take their copies and shove em!
