How often do you find yourself getting off task?

Lately it hasn't happened much as I have buckled up the bootstraps and tried to have some self discipline, but I've found myself getting off task a lot recently. I was supposed to hedge my rosebushes and birds of paradise plants in my front yard garden and have not yet done so! Right now I am supposed to be grading and doing work for an educational computing class. Guess what, I'm talking to you instead. I hate that I get off task so much its a major flaw. So how often do you find yourself getting off task?

Seriously, my current job has been so helpful for keeping me on task, so while this use to be a HUGE problem for me at work it is not so much now.

ALL.THE.TIME. I should actually be heading to my professors office hours to get help on a hw assignment that is already late so that I can avoid another zero. Getting off task has been a real, kinda scary problem for me this school year.
