glad I quit my job Wow, should have done it a lot sooner. It's only been one month since I've left.
1) I'm making more money 2) I have a lot more time for myself 3) I get more respect from my co-workers, they laugh at my jokes 4) I can stay up until 2:00am on a weeknight or wake up at 4:00am and do a bit of work before crashing again at 7:00am I'm a free spirit! and did I mention I have time to do hatha yoga before breakfast?

Congrats!
Yeah, me too. I was tied to my job but since I quit I think I like my life better now. My new job fits my life better now... I keep saying that this change was a blessing in disguise.

Don't stick around when the situation is bad. The week after I gave notice, one of my part-time gigs offered to double my hours, promote me to more responsibility, and accepted my raised rate. Then a friend out of the blue contacted me with two job referrals. It's true what they say...the universe provides... If I'd had known it would have been so easy, I would have quit a long time ago. Fear was holding me back.
