do you like bibimbop? i loooove veggie bibimbop. it's usually served with a fried egg on top, but you can order it without. in fact, if you order veggie 'bop, they usually assume you don't want egg on top.

That was easily the cutest post I've ever read. smile

LOVE bibimbop! With extra Kochujang pepper paste. And yes, sans egg is best.

It's like a damn miracle in a bowl, I'm telling you. boff

oh my goodness, it's ALL ABOUT the pepper paste. drool

when i go to a korean restaurant that knows what i'm talking about, i like to order bibimbop dolsot style. it just means that it's served in a sizzling stone bowl, which burns the rice a little bit and makes the whole thing just a little bit yummier.

YES. They put a bit of sesame oil in the bottom, so the rice on the bottom gets crispy and brown.

Heavenly.

that said, i don't particularly care for PEAS or HONEYDEW MELON.

peas are unwieldy and the taste really isn't worth the work of getting them onto a fork and into your mouth. and split pea soup is skanky. don't try to defend it. if you like it, that's on you. look at the shit. you know i'm right. if you like split pea soup, keep it to yourself. anyway, i don't like peas. i'll eat them, but why bother?

and honeydew melon. it's bland, crunchy grossness that produce hacks pack into fruit salads because it's probably cheaper than the yummy kinds of melon. is anyone a FAN of honeydew melon? it's so boring. i really want to know how this styrofoam of fruit is able to make anyone's life that much more worth living. sometimes i've eaten honeydew melon and it has gotten me angry, so pointless do i think it is. nope, i really don't like this stuff.

so it's your turn. come clean. what have you been putting up with all your life that you're realizing you just REALLY DON'T LIKE? (note: don't make this about your sexual preference, --->kthx<--- !!!)

YOU SILLY!!!!

LOLLLLL!

Great thread.

P.S. I can't stand peas either. Don't you hate when they BURST in your mouth?! :skankyemoticon:

I do not like raw tomatoes no matter what they are in or on. I only like them cooked if they are cooked down and smooth.
It is a texture issue for me.

I prefer the green ones. I'm getting into them by trying the green ones first. I really don't like the vinegar marinade.

i think that's what puts many people off

i don't know why they put that shit in confused

Lima beans - I can eat them but what's the point? I don't like them and I don't dislike them so....wtf...

Swiss cheese - Leaning toward dislike; I can stand it but like...no. No point whatsoever for me. Same with cheddar cheese. hmm

I never really liked them either, but tomato sauce is fine, or using them sparingly as ingredients.
