That so many gay and straight people think they know what they're talking about when it comes to bi people is amazing, really. Of course you know me and my habits and true sexual preference better than I do.

That's why it bothers me so much coming from gay people. Straight people can be annoying, but I'm willing to give them a bit of leeway on the issue. Someone who's heterosexual never has to spend much time contemplating sex and sexuality and just what that means for them the way queer people have to. But gay people? People who've had to go through life themselves having the whole world tell them what and who they "really" are, should know better.

I know some people have trouble with the concept of how one individual can possibly be attracted to both sexes, but they'll just have to get over it. Personally, I don't understand how a body can only be attracted to only one sex, but you don't see me going around telling people it's not possible.
