Bi-Sexual why do most men like to hide the fact that they are bi-sexual? I mean, I know the answer is kind of obvious but I know there are a lot of people on here and some who are very highly opinionated. So I know we have different takes on 'why'.....tell me!
please don't let this thread crash and burn.... surviving on the thought of loving you, it's just like the water
I ain't felt this way in years...

It's a turnoff for alot of girls ,cause many believe you're just 'gay' but not fully coming to terms with it. They don't really think you love their sweet sweet vaginas as much or more than the pen0r.

I think that's complete and utter poo-poo-cah-cah. I believe there is such a thing as bi-sexuality (I know many don't embrace the concept at all because they see it as selfish/ identity confusion). But as a woman, if you have to spend time being insecure about whether your "muschel" measures up equally to another's "schwanze", for me the solution is simple: stick. to. heterosexuals. Problem solved.

Problem solved. Yes, I agree. But alot of girls and guys here in the states think bi-sexual = gay when it comes to guys. Oddly, the same standard is never applied to women, who are often thought of as being bi-sexual by default. I don't really think it matters what I tell women or men though--my extremely masculine, overwhelmingly overpowering voice melts vaginas and assholes alike.

I have never known a bi man..well that I am aware of. I swear to GAWD, all but one of my best male friends in their 20's had crushes on me that they couldn't quite come to terms with. All of them identified as being 100% hetero, but all of them would have experimented sexually with me if they wanted. Well, actually 2 of them did. I think there are tons of bi-sexual males out there that just aren't accounted for.

ok, honestly I prefer women most of the time. I mean, like 80-90 percent of the time. Though I'd marry rushing07 before any of them ho's

Problem solved. In the last 20 years or so, lots of men came out as bisexual cause they weren't comfortable with the gay idea yet. I'm not saying there aren't truly bisexual people, just that no woman wants to commit to a man who later on down the road says "I've been fooling myself and you, I'm actually gay". There's a reason for the skepticism. But I think it's all up to the people involved. I would think if a man is out as bisexual and openly dates both men and women and is otherwise trustworthy, there wouldn't be a need to doubt their intentions. |

Women really do distrust bi-sexual men. Not because they're bi-sexual, but because their's always a prevailing thought that they are just gay and not fully coming to terms with it!

Not all women and not all bisexuals, but yeah. Genreally speaking. How does the saying go? Men and women who declare themselves bisexual usually both end up with men. |

Actually, 2 of my myspace friends are guys I knew in the military who proclaimed themselves bi-sexual. One is married with kids now and not interested in men anymore, and the other one seems to have gone the female route, though he's too much of a ho to settle down. But then again, the crowd I was around was eccentric--declaring yourself bi-sexual was rather trendy, and almost a pre-requisite to entering the crowd. Even more so than wearing cherry red Doc Martins, etc. etc.

I have been with a bi-sexual man before, and if a man likes just to get sex from anyone and is secure in his own masculinity then I see nothing wrong with it. I didn't compare myself to his other lovers male or female. The sex was great, too bad he was a bit loony. I wonder if being on the DL has more to do with the type of work the man does, will you lose your job as a elementary school teacher if everyone knew you were bi-sexual?
