Does anyone here drink lemon water

Warm water with lemon juice in, first thing in the morning or at any time.
It is supposed to make your skin glow and aid your metabolism.

anyone? I'll bet Imago has or does.

When I did theatre I'd drink it before shows if I had a bit of a cold or any allergies bothering me. It's soothing to the throat and helps clear sinuses or something.

I tried it for about six months last year, it did help my skin and I felt less lethargic as the day went on. But in the end I missed the caffeine buzz, especially first thing in the morning.

oh and it kept my cup really clean too smile
It's a mess, ain't it, sheriff?
If it ain't, it'll do till the mess gets here

Grate a stem of ginger and squeeze a whole lime into a teapot.

Add boiling water.

Leave to brew - the longer you brew it, the spicier it gets.

Pour. Drink.

It's amazing. Much tastier, too.

Yes I add it to my water and to my tea. I am also doing the honey again instead of adding sugar to my tea. I never tried putting honey in my water with the lemon. I will have to try that as well.

Especially when you use real ginger. drool

It's amazing just before bed. Wipes your palette clean and is very refreshing, without being caffeine-filled, etc.

I like lemon water in my vodka.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.
