Dog the Bounty Hunter is Back!!! at 16:16 on February 22, 2008, EST.
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS HONOLULU - TV bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman is preparing to return to the airwaves. The Chapman family confirms that filming is set to resume on their A&E show "Dog the Bounty Hunter." The show features family members and staff in pursuit of bail-jumping criminals around the Hawaiian islands. Chapman's show was the highest-rated on A&E before the network pulled it off the air in November. Chapman was heard in a taped phone conversation using a racial slur in reference to his son Tucker's black girl friend. Chapman has apologized and tried to make amends with the network and the black community. The network has announced no air date for the new episodes. ©The Canadian Press, 2008
