My significant other's biggest complaint about me.....?

That because of me, while she may still play the lottery, she does so with no real passion. Cuz ever since she met me,
she feels like she's already hit the jackpot.

I complain about shitty music waaaay too much
I always ask her what she thinks of this song or that
I sometimes concentrate on listening to music so much that I'm like in another world (this annoys her especially when she's trying to strike up a conversation )

When I was younger it was that I was way too distant and stubborn.

Then it was that I was too clingy for a bit (I finally learned to open up and I went a little overboard).

For years bfs told me that my sarcastic, biting retorts drove them nuts. I'm actually not nearly as bad as I used to be. I was never an over the top yeller and someone to freak out but I did have this amazing ability to say a simple sentence that would cut very, very deep. I've learned to bite my tongue.

Now it would probably be that I am too laid back about things and value my own space a lot. I can see that making some people think that I don't care about them enough.

He says I'm too independent. He'd like for me to let him take care of me more.
Oh, and I sleep too much now but that's his fault anyway.
