Have you guys ever took Tiger Schulmann karate class before Parents have you ever thought about it?
What do you think of it or do you believe it is a commercialized martial art. http://www.youtube.com/wa...8x58DBKa84

looks like americanized, commercialized crap that's all about learning tricks, which is an insult to the martial arts tradition. if you want to put your kid into martial arts, make sure you get them in a dojo that places emphasis on the tradition over the ability to break boards.

co-sign I think martial arts are brilliant for kids. Like other sports they get lots of exercise, but there's a lot of benefit regarding confidence, discipline and respect too.

I am not familiar with Tiger Schulmann. I did 5 years of Kyokushinkai Karate in the past and have plans to start up again and attain my black belt. In respect to my fathers wish. He was the one who introduced me to Karate in the first place.
