During the week, its usually the urge to pee about 2 minutes BEFORE my alarm goes off....not usually in a rush to go run 3 miles with my unit before the sun rises....

on the weekends, its a combination of the sun peeking over the mountains behind my house, and the dog freaking out because he has to pee, too... lol
