I don't feel my mother really loves me sometimes..

She makes me feel angry and stupid and she always yells alot and she never really listens to me and she also makes me feel that I let her down sometimes cry

seriously, although she probably loves you a whole heap, your personalities might be a bad match. I've got one kid, that I adore (probably more than the other 2 - controversial!!!) but he gets on my nerves a LOT, he is too similar to me boxed

how old are you?

living with your father is an option, but maybe that's just how it is with your mother. I know mines gets on my nerves sometimes, which is why i'm finally moving out biggrin , but sometimes, if you don't have anywhere to go, you have to endure things like you described until you are mature enough and financially secure to move out on your own and away from her.

Sometimes space between you and your parents helps to strenghthen the relationship.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

In the end, your mom loves you. She HAS to, its instinct. Some moms wouldn't, but thats rare.
But, a personality clash would make someone start doing some whack ass things. What makes her mad?

I can't count how many times I've yelled at my kids. I bet they felt bad, too, but the situations were justifiable. Having friends over late, and keeping me up, when I had to be up early for work; borrowing my credit cards/$ without permission; leaving the door open so the dogs got out and have to be located...the list is long. I love them, and they don't seem to hold it against me.
One shouldn't have to yell, but sometimes a normal voice doesn't work.
Where I grew up, Italian, Irish, German families, all the kids were yelled at. Beat, too. This was the 1960's. No one felt unloved, just a little "sore". smile Whatever it was you did wrong, back then, you just didn't do it again.....unless you wanted a whipping.

Is she stressed or angry over something? I know some parents *cough*mine*cough* Can just take their anger out on EVERYONE when they are mad over something else.

Ask her...communicate with her...hug her like she won't be here tomorrow...you only have one and if mine was here I would do all of these things.

Life is short.

That's not true in all cases though. I love my mom and I know she loves me as well, but there nver was e real bond between the two of us as it usually is between mother and daughter and it never will be.

It's your mother's job to make you feel angry and stupid. It doesn't mean she doesn't love you. Chances are, she's trying to teach you something - like how to take responsibility for your actions.

Trust me, what you feel now is nothing compared to what life is going to hand you when you're an adult. Your mom is just preparing you for that. At least it's coming from someone who cares enough to do it - instead of trying to be your friend and turning you into just another little wimp.

also appreciate your mother please. I lost mine 15 years ago. Every day is a chance for you to make things right with her.

My mother made me feel the same way when I was a kid. There's a reason I moved out two months after graduating high school. We speak and everything, but I'm REALLY glad she's 3000 miles away. Seeing her last year at my sister's wedding confirmed that fact.
