i was actually looking into staying there for my trip with a friend, but the rooms have bunkbeds... neutral

I think Natisse stayed at the Big Apple Hostel when she visited here last year...

There's also The Pod Hotel. (It used to be called Pickwick Arms.) It's a cross between a hotel & hostel...some of the rooms have their own bathrooms while others you have to share.
