You left out the Lesbians on Showtime

Actually Sweetie, our lesbian sisters come in all shapes and sizes, just like us hetero folk . I have a feeling though, that like with everyone, appearance can be shaped a bit by age, region, interests, ect. I remember during my prep school and college years, the lesbian community where I was tended towards either a gothic tortured poet look, or the granola girl vibe. Once I was an adult making inroads into the fashion world, the look of the communities I encountered was much more dynamic, they were all fashionistas with a flair for the dramatic,pretty much looking like they had stepped off the set of period piece films like " Henry & June". I lived in South Florida for a while which seemed to be a haven for lipstick lesbians, all wild of mane, tanned skin, who operated life by way of bikini & sarong by day, then trendy fashion at night. Now that I'm getting up in age, the circles I see reflect more of the look you find on Showtime's "The L Word". Like with anyone else, the possibilities are endless
