The Kingdom (with Jamie Foxx) Whoa. Just finished watching it.
I really underestimated the movie. I thought the previews told me exactly what sort of film it would be. They hyped the action, which was awesome!!! But the previews didn't really convey the amount of heart in the storyline. I was getting emotional and everything. A couple of times in the beginning and end. That movie rocked!!!

Speaking of Jamie Foxx flicks, "Jarhead" caught me by surprise on cable one night. It was pretty good...

I have a good friend who played an extra in the film. I have been meaning to watch it to catch a glimpse of him. He is tall, long dreads... and... well, he is a nice looking man. Did you see him?
They filmed many parts not far from where I live on the 202 freeway, a few miles or so.
