xplnyrslf	STILL looking at MLS#'s! Made an offer on a house, agreed to terms, and need one more sig from the seller's bank.....that was a week ago. The bank turned on the utilities for an inspection yesterday, but we cancelled the inspection, until everything is signed. Back to the drawing board.....
