I can only think of one person who could definitively say that the people arrested are NOT the snipers... and that is the person who did the crimes if they were not perpetrated by the suspects that were arrested.

when someone says that "i am God" they are projecting power
when someone says "u can call me God" they aren't projecting yet they are giving others the power to decide. the sniper didn't give any of his victims the power to decide rather they wanted to live or die. He had that power over them. the use of the tarot card is that of an instrument used to channel spirits. if you look at the picture printed in the newspapers neither of those 2 guys is God another thought... when u say something like "I am... lets say Human u can call me HRH Gregory Alive." u are stating that this is what u are and who u are. what u are and who u are are 2 different things u wouldn't say I am God ...
